Jackson Road / Road Update

***ARCO ROAD OPENING***

Hello ARCO Family,

Fall is in the air! Can you believe it? Winter is just around the corner, and we hope you are all cozy and warm as we prepare for the winter season.

This year, the roads remained in excellent shape, despite previous floodings. This Spring there were a few soft spots, but nothing significant enough to prevent the roads from opening. That noted Pat left the gates open on his way out; as of Tuesday, May 6, 2025, ARCO was officially open for the season. However, given the edges are still soft, please no heavy equipment or fuel deliveries until after Memorial Day.

As we bid adieu to Summer, we are looking forward to seeing everyone this winter as well. Please remember we are only volunteers and do the best we can on behalf of ARCO. The board's been hard at work making ARCO even better.

Please monitor this site for further road information.

NOTE· No ATV’s, off-road vehicles, or golf carts are allowed on the roads at any time of the year. This applies to all ARCO members and non-members.

Dog Ordinance

Please note that the UTG has a dog ordinance. All pets must be under the control of the camp owner at all times. Dogs must be leashed at all times when leaving your property. During the summer months you will find lots of little children, parents and guests walking the roads. Please be mindful of your dog(s) and other people around you. Contact the UTG directly for the full ordinance policy. 802-723-5900.
